上海白菜

I love baby bok choy. Usually, I toss it into a frying pan with seafood, white wine and garlic. This time, I heated oil and cooked sliced onions until soft, added oyster sauce and baby bok choi. Stirred for a few minutes, added crushed and sliced garlic, stirred for another minute. Sprinkled with lime. Yummy!
